Composition of an induction heating machine

The induction heating system consists of a high-frequency power supply (high-frequency generator), wires, a transformer, and an inductor. Its operating steps are as follows:


① The high-frequency power supply converts ordinary power (220V/50Hz) into a high-voltage, high-frequency, low-current output. (The frequency depends on the object being heated; for the packaging material, it is generally around 480kHz.)


② The transformer converts the high-voltage, high-frequency, low-current output into a low-voltage, high-frequency, high-current output.

 

③ The inductor, after passing through the low-voltage, high-frequency, high-current, generates a strong high-frequency magnetic field around it. Generally, the higher the current, the stronger the magnetic field.
