An induction heating machine is a device that rectifies three-phase AC power into DC power, then converts the DC power into an adjustable current. This DC current is supplied to an alternating current flowing through a capacitor and an induction coil, generating a high-density magnetic field in the induction coil that cuts the metal material placed within it.
This generates large eddy currents within the metal material. These eddy currents also exhibit some properties of medium-frequency currents; that is, the free electrons within the metal itself generate heat as they flow through the resistive metal. For example, if a metal cylinder is placed in an induction coil carrying an alternating medium-frequency current, even though the cylinder is not in direct contact with the coil and the coil itself is already quite cold, the cylinder's surface will be heated to a red-hot state, even melting. The speed of this heating and melting can be adjusted by changing the frequency and current strength. If the cylinder is placed at the center of the coil, the temperature around the cylinder will be uniform, and the heating and melting of the cylinder will not produce harmful gases or strong light pollution.
A leading domestic supplier of induction equipment is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of induction heating equipment. We specialize in manufacturing: KGPS series medium-frequency power supplies, IGBT series medium-frequency power supplies, GTR series medium-frequency induction heating furnaces, GW series medium-frequency induction melting furnaces, medium- and high-frequency induction quenching furnaces, and medium-frequency tempering production lines. Our equipment is widely used in forging, casting, heat treatment, mechanical heat working, powder metallurgy, and other fields.
Applications: Primarily used for melting steel, iron, copper, aluminum, and alloys. It features high melting efficiency, good energy saving, uniform metal composition, low burn-off, rapid temperature rise, and easy temperature control, making it suitable for various metal smelting applications.
