Specialized quenching machine tools are becoming more specialized, employing robotic arms to load and unload parts, achieving fully automated heating, quenching, and tempering processes.

CNC quenching machine tools utilize CNC control, offering a high degree of automation and ease of programming.
Medium-thick plate roller hardening machines (continuous type) are used for quenching thick plates. They consist of a fixed frame, a moving frame, conveyor rollers, a lifting mechanism, and a water spray system. Equipped with high-pressure and low-pressure quenching zones, they achieve fully automated control of parameters such as roller gap and water volume, and can process steel plates with thicknesses from 5-100mm.
High-frequency quenching machines (induction heating quenching machines) utilize high-frequency current to locally heat and cool the workpiece surface, obtaining a surface hardened layer. They are suitable for surface hardening of shafts, gears, and other parts.
