Three-phase power is rectified and inverted to 1000Hz DC output - zero reactance and immune to secondary circuit variations. Our machines deliver up to 80KA short-circuit current (model dependent), concentrating energy in the weld zone within milliseconds to ensure proper nugget formation. Powerful Water Cooling - Sustained Operation
Welding transformers feature epoxy resin casting with internal water cooling - insulation class F. Independent water cooling circuits for electrodes, transformers, and SCRs with flow rates of 6–12L/min ensure stable performance during continuous high-current operation.

Heavy-duty steel plate box construction with cast iron alloy head ensures ample rigidity and impact resistance. Precision guide bearings and wear-resistant alloy shaft sleeves deliver accurate electrode alignment with minimal deflection - essential for high-quality aluminum welding.

Microcomputer-based control systems support constant current/voltage/multi-pulse modes with voltage compensation (3-cycle response, ±15% range) and current slope functions.
