Copper and aluminum dissipate heat rapidly, making it difficult for traditional AC welders to accumulate sufficient heat for fusion. Our MFDC (1000Hz DC output) and capacitor discharge technologies release concentrated energy in milliseconds - overcoming heat dissipation challenges to form robust weld nuggets.

MFDC Technology - Precise and Stable
MFDC spot welders convert 50Hz AC to 1000Hz DC output with time control precision of 1ms. The smooth DC output minimizes reactance and eliminates AC zero-crossing issues, reducing electrode heating and extending service life.

Capacitor Discharge - Instantaneous High Current
Capacitor discharge welders store energy and release it instantaneously in 0.003–0.006 seconds, creating minimal heat-affected zones with clean, attractive welds. Ideal for thin copper sheets and dissimilar metal joining.

Broad Copper Welding Capability
Suitable for pure copper, brass, chromium copper, cadmium copper, copper alloys, and dissimilar metal combinations (copper to stainless steel, copper to aluminum). Handles enameled wire, copper cable, copper foil, terminals, sheets, and tubes.
