Water Cooling System Operation

The cooling system consists of three components: water tank, pump, and cooling lines in a closed-loop cycle:

Storage

Water tank holds coolant (typical capacity 20L)

Pressurization

Self-priming pump pressurizes and delivers coolant

Forced Cooling

Coolant flows through transformer, electrode arms, and caps - dissipating heat

Recirculation

Heated water returns to the tank, cools naturally, and recirculates

 

Compared to "straight-discharge" cooling, closed-loop systems save 3–4 tons of water per day while eliminating wastewater issues.
